RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Domestic Orders

Exchange Eligibility Period: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.

  • The original invoice must be presented.

  • A valid reason must be provided for the exchange, such as receiving a defective, incorrect, or wrongly sized item.

  • If the exchange is due to a size issue or personal preference, the customer will bear the shipping charges (return address will be provided upon request).

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Unstitched articles that have been stitched.

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount (except in cases of defects or incorrect items received).

  • Sale orders may take longer to process for exchange.

International Orders

Currently, Ammaran.com does not offer exchanges or returns for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Important Note: We recommend taking pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order. This will help us resolve any issues quickly in case you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued in cash. Instead, customers will receive a store credit coupon of the same value, valid for online purchases only. The coupon can be used immediately or for future orders. Please review the coupon terms carefully.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders before processing. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. After delivery, our exchange policy will apply.

Ammaran.com reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payments by financial institutions.
